STANDARD AND POLICIES SIGNATURE PAGE - (4/13/2005)

This notice is for intermediate apprentices. The JATC has been notified that a few intermediate apprentices have not returned the signature page from the Apprentice Standards and Policies Handbook. Intermediate apprentices are reminded that the JATC has full authority over all apprentices and that violations of the apprentice standards and policies handbook may result in a penalty. In order to avert being summoned before the JATC, please sign and return the signature page as soon as possible.
